Overview

What it is, and how we make it.

Ingots are the base product of the plant and the reason the rest of it exists. Aluminium dross and process scrap arrive as feedstock, are sorted and charged into the melting furnaces, and leave as cast ingot with a known aluminium content between 97.5% and 99.5%.

Because the metal is made rather than traded, the chemistry is set by your requirement. Buyers who need a specific composition for a downstream casting or rolling operation specify it before the heat is charged, instead of buying to a fixed grade and correcting later.

The same metal feeds our own rolling mills and spinning lines, which means the ingot you buy is the ingot we hold ourselves to for circles and utensils.

Specifications

What we publish, and what we confirm against your requirement.

Values shown as “on request” are not padding — they are figures we will confirm against your specification rather than publish a number we cannot hold for every order.

Customisation

  • Target chemistry to your specification
  • Ingot form and weight to suit your charging system
  • Scheduled repeat monthly volumes

Quality & testing

  • Aluminium content held within the declared 97.5%–99.5% band
  • Chemistry adjusted to target before the metal is cast, not after
  • Visual and dimensional check on cast ingot before stacking
  • Test documentation available on request — specify at order stage

Packaging & supply

  • Bundled and strapped ingot stacks
  • Loading and packing configuration confirmed at order stage

Manufacturing route

How aluminium ingots are produced.

  1. 01

    Feedstock intake

Aluminium dross and scrap are received, sorted and segregated by expected recovery before charging.

  2. 02

    Melting

Charged into the plant's furnace bank — 11+ melting units — and brought to pour temperature.

  3. 03

    Chemistry adjustment

The bath is adjusted towards the customer's target composition before casting.

  4. 04

    Casting

Metal is cast into ingot moulds, cooled, de-moulded and stacked for inspection.

Applications

Where it is used.

  • Pressure die casting and gravity casting
  • Automotive and engineering components
  • Rolling stock for sheet, coil and circles
  • Utensil and cookware manufacture
  • General foundry remelt

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

If your question is not here, call +91 98503 19003 — we answer specification questions directly.

What aluminium content do your ingots hold?

Between 97.5% and 99.5% aluminium, depending on the grade and feedstock agreed for your order. This is secondary metal recovered from aluminium dross and scrap, and the content band is declared rather than estimated.

Can you cast to a specific chemistry?

Yes. Composition is customised to buyer specification. Send your target chemistry with your enquiry and we will confirm what we can hold before quoting.

Do you supply a test certificate?

Test documentation can be supplied with dispatch — confirm the requirement at order stage so it is scheduled with the heat.

What is your production capacity?

The Butibori plant is rated at 5,000 MT per annum across 11+ melting furnaces.

Where do you ship from?

All dispatch is from SZ 30 & 31, MIDC Butibori, Nagpur — on the Nagpur industrial corridor, with road access to Central, Western and Southern India.
