Aluminium Alloys

Alloyed to your composition, not to a catalogue.

  • Composition to your specification
  • Produced from recycled feedstock
  • Strength, machinability and corrosion resistance to requirement
  • Repeat consistency across orders
Aluminium alloy ingots cast to customer-specified composition

Overview

What it is, and how we make it.

Most secondary suppliers sell what they happen to have melted. We set the composition against the requirement before the heat is charged, which is what "customised composition" actually has to mean if it is going to be worth anything to a foundry.

Alloys are supplied where the downstream process — casting, machining or a service environment — imposes a specific chemistry. Tell us the property you need to hit and the process you are running it through, and we will confirm what we can hold.

We do not publish grade tables we cannot certify. Send your specification and we will answer against it directly.

Specifications

What we publish, and what we confirm against your requirement.

Values shown as “on request” are not padding — they are figures we will confirm against your specification rather than publish a number we cannot hold for every order.

Dimensional ranges, alloy designations and tempers are confirmed against your requirement at enquiry stage. Send your specification and we will confirm what we can hold before quoting.

Customisation

  • Composition set against your specification
  • Ingot form to suit your charging system
  • Scheduled repeat supply

Quality & testing

  • Composition targeted before casting rather than corrected afterwards
  • Consistency maintained across repeat orders to the same specification
  • Test documentation available on request
  • Feedstock segregated by expected chemistry at intake

Packaging & supply

  • Bundled and strapped ingot stacks
  • Configuration confirmed at order stage

Manufacturing route

How aluminium alloys are produced.

  1. 01

    Specification

Target chemistry is agreed against your process requirement before production.

  2. 02

    Charge preparation

Feedstock is selected and segregated to suit the target composition.

  3. 03

    Melting & alloying

Melted and brought towards the specified composition in the furnace bank.

  4. 04

    Casting & verification

Cast to ingot, checked and prepared for dispatch with documentation where required.

Applications

Where it is used.

  • Pressure and gravity die castings
  • Automotive and ancillary components
  • General engineering castings
  • Construction hardware and fittings
  • Machined components requiring specific chemistry

Questions

What buyers ask us first.

If your question is not here, call +91 98503 19003 — we answer specification questions directly.

Which alloy grades do you supply?

Composition is customised to the customer's specification rather than offered as a fixed catalogue of grades. Send the grade reference or target chemistry you need and we will confirm what we can hold before quoting.

Can you match a specification we currently buy to?

Send the specification or the certificate you receive from your current supplier and we will answer against it directly.

Do you supply aerospace-grade alloys?

No. We supply automotive, construction and general engineering applications. We do not claim qualifications we do not hold.
