Blanks that draw without failing
Thickness variation shows up as wall thinning or tearing at the draw. Circles are rolled on our own mills so gauge is controlled from the cast metal onwards, not inherited from an outside roller.
Surface that survives coating
A defect invisible in the blank is very visible after anodising or non-stick coating. Circles are inspected for draw- and coating-critical surface condition before packing.
The same blank every month
Tooling is set once. Repeat supply against a rolling forecast is scheduled against 5,000 MT of annual capacity rather than fitted in around other orders.
