Rolled & blanked
Aluminium Circles
Flat circular blanks rolled in-house for cookware and pressure vessels.
- Rolled on three in-house mills
- Precise thickness tolerance
- Smooth, draw-ready surface finish
- Diameter and gauge to order

Overview
What it is, and how we make it.
Circles are where vertical integration pays. The metal is cast in our own furnaces, rolled on our own three mills and blanked in-house — so gauge consistency is controlled at every stage rather than inherited from a supplier.
For a cookware manufacturer, the blank is the process. Thickness variation shows up as wall thinning or tearing at the draw; surface defects show up after anodising or coating. Circles are supplied with the thickness tolerance and surface finish that deep drawing and spinning need.
Diameters and gauges are produced to order. If you are running an existing tool, send the blank specification you are currently buying to and we will confirm against it.
Specifications
What we publish, and what we confirm against your requirement.
Values shown as “on request” are not padding — they are figures we will confirm against your specification rather than publish a number we cannot hold for every order.

Manufacturing route
How aluminium circles are produced.
- 01
Casting
Metal from the melting furnaces is cast as rolling feedstock.
- 02
Rolling
Reduced to gauge across three rolling mills, with thickness controlled through the pass schedule.
- 03
Blanking
Circles are blanked to the ordered diameter from the rolled sheet.
- 04
Inspection & stacking
Checked for gauge and surface condition, then stacked and packed for dispatch.
Applications
Where it is used.
- Pressure cooker bodies and lids
- Non-stick and coated cookware
- Deep-drawn pots, pans and containers
- Spun utensils and hollowware
- Cans and closures
- Reflectors and general deep-drawn components
Questions
What buyers ask us first.
If your question is not here, call +91 98503 19003 — we answer specification questions directly.
What diameters and thicknesses can you supply?
Circles are produced to order. Send the diameter, thickness and tolerance you need — including the specification you currently buy to — and we will confirm what we can hold before quoting.
Are your circles suitable for deep drawing?
Yes — circles are supplied for pressure cooker bodies, non-stick and coated cookware and spun hollowware, all of which are deep-drawn or spun operations. Thickness tolerance and surface finish are controlled for that purpose.
Do you roll the metal yourselves?
Yes. The plant operates three rolling mills. The metal is cast, rolled and blanked in-house at Butibori, so gauge is controlled through the whole chain rather than bought in.
Can you supply a trial quantity before a production order?
Sample and trial quantities can be discussed at enquiry stage — tell us the tool and the run size you are qualifying for.
